What is adnFrChanNxOverBcs?
This OID specifies how many times the statistically-committed burst rate can be exceeded before the device starts discarding frames. Network engineers use this ratio when designing virtual circuits to understand how much temporary burst traffic is tolerated above the committed rate. A value of 3 means actual traffic can briefly exceed the Bcs limit by 3 times before being dropped.
