What is adnFrChanNxMultiBc?

Network engineers configure this to balance between quality-of-service guarantees and channel utilization, permitting temporary traffic spikes while protecting critical committed bandwidth. For example, a value of 3 means the channel can send up to 3 times its committed rate during bursts, so a channel with Bc=64kbps can burst to 192kbps when capacity permits.
