Description: This contains the number of calls that are active on this channel. This only includes calls that are in the data transfer state. The object adnFrVCOperState will be 'up(1)'.
What is adnFrChanNumCallActive?
This OID counts the total number of virtual circuits currently active and in the data transfer state on the Frame Relay channel, excluding circuits still setting up or tearing down. Network engineers use this to track concurrent VC usage and detect unusual activity patterns on the channel. A value of 12 indicates 12 active virtual circuits are passing data through the channel right now.
