What is adnFrChanMaxBcsAllPVCs?
This OID reports the highest excess burst data rate (Bcs) value among all permanent virtual circuits (PVCs) configured on this channel, indicating the maximum overage capacity used by any PVC. Network engineers track this to ensure they have sufficient excess bandwidth capacity to support the burstiest PVC on the channel without dropping frames. For example, a value of 128 kbps means at least one PVC can burst an additional 128 kbps beyond its committed rate.
