What is adnFrChanMaxBcAllPVCs?
This OID reports the highest committed data rate (Bc) value among all permanent virtual circuits (PVCs) currently configured on this channel. Network engineers monitor this to understand the maximum guaranteed throughput needed by any single PVC on the channel, helping them verify bandwidth allocation and detect misconfigurations. For example, if this value is 256 kbps and the channel's total allocated bandwidth is 512 kbps, the engineer knows at least half the channel's capacity is reserved for one PVC.
