Description: This indicates if this channel is a FRIC (frame relay interface code) or FRAD (frame relay assembler/disassembler) or a frx channel. What is adnFrChanLineType?
This OID identifies the physical interface type connected to the Frame Relay channel, such as FRIC (native Frame Relay), FRAD (HDLC encapsulation), FRX (switch connections), or IP. Network engineers check this to understand what kind of equipment and protocol is in use on the channel. A FRAD setting means the channel is equipped with a Frame Relay Assembler/Disassembler for connecting older HDLC-based devices.
