Description: This contains the ingress Be (excess burst data rate) of all calls that are active on this channel.

What is adnFrChanInBe?

This OID shows the total excess burst rate available for incoming traffic when the channel isn't congested but drops it first if congestion occurs. Network engineers monitor this to understand how much best-effort overflow capacity is available above committed rates. A combined Be value of 500 Kbps means temporary inbound traffic bursts above committed rates can reach an additional 500 Kbps when the channel has spare capacity.
