What is adnFrChanInBcs?
This OID reports the total statistically-committed data rate for incoming traffic, representing bandwidth that's committed based on expected traffic patterns but still subject to oversubscription. Network engineers track this during capacity planning when relying on burstable rather than strictly guaranteed rates. A combined Bcs of 2 Mbps means you're statistically committing to support 2 Mbps average inbound traffic across all VCs.
