This OID shows the total committed egress bandwidth (outgoing traffic) allocated to all non-real-time Class of Service connections on this channel. Network engineers use this to track how much guaranteed outbound capacity is reserved for standard data transfers, email, and other non-latency-sensitive applications. For example, if this value is 128 kbps, then standard data applications have 128 kbps of guaranteed outgoing bandwidth, with any additional capacity available being best-effort.
