What is adnFrChanCongsState?
This OID reports the current egress congestion level on the Frame Relay channel, ranging from idle to severely congested, and indicates how many frames are being dropped. Network engineers monitor this continuously to detect when the channel is oversubscribed or experiencing buffer exhaustion. A moderate congestion level means the device is actively discarding some lower-priority frames to protect critical traffic.
