Description: This is the bandwidth allocated to all VCs on this channel.

What is adnFrChanBwAllocated?

This OID reports the total bandwidth currently allocated to all virtual circuits (both PVCs and SVCs) running on this frame relay channel. Network engineers check this value to verify they are not exceeding the channel's total capacity and to monitor growth in resource usage over time. For example, if a channel's total capacity is 512 kbps and this OID shows 480 kbps allocated, the engineer knows only 32 kbps remains for new circuits or bursting.
