What is adnFrAccountOutExcessFrames?
This OID counts outgoing frames transmitted to the customer that exceeded the contracted CIR during the reporting period (Counter type). For example, a value of 180 excess frames indicates the network had to send 180 frames beyond the committed rate, likely due to congestion.
