What is adnFrAccountInExcessFrames?
This OID counts incoming frames that exceeded the contracted committed information rate (CIR) during the reporting period (Counter type). Billing and QoS teams monitor this to identify when customers send traffic above their service level agreement and apply excess charges. For example, a counter showing 230 excess frames means the customer pushed 230 frames beyond their agreed data rate threshold.
