What is adnFmSaveTroubleAlarm?

ADN-MIB::adnFmSaveTroubleAlarm controls whether trouble-severity alarms signaling operational issues are saved in the alarm log. Network engineers enable this when they need visibility into events that are not critical but indicate something needs attention. For example, enabling this saves a trouble alarm indicating that network connectivity to a secondary system is degraded.
