ADN-MIB::adnFmSaveAdminAlarm controls whether administrative alarms about configuration changes and maintenance events are stored in the alarm log. You would enable this when you need to audit when and how the device configuration changed or when administrative tasks were performed. For example, enabling this saves an alarm whenever an administrator changes a device setting so you have a history of who did what.
