What is adnFRAIWConfSegmScr?
This read-only value displays the Sustainable Cell Rate (average cells per second) for variable-rate ATM traffic generated by frame segmentation; it is zero for constant-rate flows. A network engineer uses this to validate that average burst behavior matches traffic contracts and to tune queue management. A value of 30,000 indicates the segmentation process sustains an average rate of 30,000 cells per second during normal operation.
