Description: The value of sysUpTime at the time the component entered its current operational state. If the current state was entered prior to the last re- initialization of the local network management subsystem, then this object contains a zero value. Common name: Last Change Time
What is adnEquipLastChange?
This OID records when the component last changed its operational state (like going from down to up), measured in hundredths of a second since reboot. Engineers use this to correlate failures with other events and track the stability of equipment. For example, a zero value means the component hasn't changed state since the device last rebooted.
