What is adnEquipInitTime?
This OID shows when a component entered its fully operational state (the "enabled" state), measured in hundredths of a second since the management system last restarted. Engineers check this to verify that equipment came online properly after installation or maintenance. For example, if a card shows an InitTime of 500, it means the card took 5 seconds to fully initialize.
