Description: The adnEquipControlOptions object provides a mechanism for
controlling future reactions of the equipment. It is a
bitmap of options; a value of 0 indicates that no options
are in effect.

This read-write bitmap configures how equipment will respond to crashes or abnormal conditions. Engineers set these during maintenance to define recovery behavior, such as whether to enter debug mode or automatically reload operational code. Setting bit 1 enables debug mode after a crash, which prevents automatic code reload so support teams can investigate the failure.
