What is adnDsx1Ts16AisCounter?
This counter measures the duration of alarm signals appearing in time slot 16 of E1 multiframe signaling channels. Technicians use TS16 AIS detection to identify E1 signaling problems that don't affect data payload but indicate control channel issues. A value of 180 seconds means the E1 multiframe signaling was compromised for 3 minutes, affecting call setup or maintenance commands on the circuit.
