What is adnDsx1StatType?
This read-write field selects which standard (ANSI T1.231 or ITU G.826) the device uses to compute and report performance statistics for the DS1 line. Engineers set this during provisioning to align with carrier or corporate monitoring standards, ensuring statistics are comparable across your network. For example, setting it to 'ansi' makes the device count errors using ANSI rules; switching it to 'itu' changes the error-rate thresholds to match ITU definitions.
