What is adnDsx1AisCounter?
This counter measures the total duration of alarm indication signals (AIS) sent by remote equipment on T1/E1 interfaces. Engineers use this to understand how often the far end of the circuit is signaling distress or maintenance conditions that affect service quality. A value of 300 seconds indicates the remote equipment sent alarm signals for 5 minutes, suggesting they detected a fault on their side.
