What is adnCvsiTscChnlState?
This OID reports the operational state of the communication channel between the HSS (hierarchical switch system) and the Tag Switch Controller. Network engineers monitor this channel to detect synchronization problems that would prevent the controller from managing label-switched traffic across the router. A state of up (often value 2) means the TSC and HSS are in sync; a down state (often value 1) signals communication loss affecting all MPLS operations.
