Controls whether traffic spacing is enabled or disabled at all TDP interfaces to smooth out bursty traffic and reduce cell delay variation. Network engineers enable this when they need to reduce jitter caused by bursty traffic patterns or minimize peak-to-peak delay variation in the network. Setting this to enabled would automatically space out cells coming into the network to make traffic flow more uniformly instead of in bursts.
