What is adnCvsiSpacingRate?
Specifies the rate in cells per second at which traffic will be spaced when spacing is enabled, as an integer value in the 32-bit range. Network engineers adjust this value to control how aggressively traffic is spread out, balancing between smoothing bursts and maintaining throughput. A spacing rate of 1000 means the device will space out incoming traffic to transmit at a steady 1000 cells per second instead of in bursts.
