What is adnCurNPhdrVer?

This tracks the version number of the dynamically calculated current node-to-path routing table, incrementing each time topology recalculation occurs. Engineers monitor this to detect when the routing topology has been recalculated and understand how many recalculations have happened since the node started. A version of 47 indicates the routing table has been recalculated 47 times.
