adnCurAjhdrNum
Module: ADN-MIB
OID (symbolic): ADN-MIB::adnCurAjhdrNum
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.637.3.1.5.8.12.1.3
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: INTEGER
Access: read-only
Description: Number of adjacent node entries in a learned adjacency table.
What is adnCurAjhdrNum?
This OID counts the total number of adjacent nodes that were discovered and learned by this routing node automatically. Engineers use this to understand the active neighbor population and detect if nodes unexpectedly disappear from the network. For example, a value of 12 means the node has automatically discovered 12 active neighboring nodes.
Examples
Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.637.3.1.5.8.12.1.3 snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> ADN-MIB::adnCurAjhdrNum
Get a specific instance (index 1):
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.637.3.1.5.8.12.1.3.1 snmpget -v2c -c public <target> ADN-MIB::adnCurAjhdrNum.1
