What is adnCMBfvcfrPVCEndptOutOctets?
This counter accumulates the total number of bytes transmitted out on a Frame Relay PVC endpoint since the device started. You compare this with incoming octet counts to detect traffic asymmetry and validate service provider billing. For example, if outgoing octets are 450,000,000 and incoming octets are 500,000,000 over the same hour, your upstream/downstream ratio is roughly 9:10, typical for download-heavy traffic.
