What is adnCMBfvcfrPVCEndptInDiscards?
This counter tallies all incoming frames that were discarded on a Frame Relay PVC endpoint, either by the carrier or by your device due to congestion or policy. Monitoring discard rates helps you decide whether to increase the PVC CIR or throttle upstream traffic sources. For example, a discard count of 5,000 frames in a week suggests occasional congestion; a discard count of 500,000 in the same period signals that the PVC is undersized.
