What is adnCMBfvcfrPVCEndptInDEFrames?
This counter counts incoming frames marked with the Discard Eligible (DE) bit on a Frame Relay PVC endpoint. Network engineers watch this to detect frames exceeding the CIR; high DE counts warn that the carrier might discard excess traffic during congestion. For example, a DE frame count of 50,000 means 50,000 incoming frames were marked above the CIR threshold and could be dropped if the network becomes congested.
