What is adnCMBfvcfrPVCEndptInBe?
This OID stores the excess information rate in bits per second for inbound traffic on this PVC endpoint (a 32-bit integer). An engineer configures this to allow bursts of data above the committed rate when the network is not congested. For example, a value of 64000 bits/sec allows inbound traffic to burst up to an additional 64 kilobits per second beyond the committed rate.
