What is adnCMBfvcadnFrVCBcsInDiscards?
This counter counts frames dropped on incoming traffic when committed burst size (BCS) limits are exceeded. A network engineer monitors this to ensure the circuit's agreed-upon burst capacity is adequate for actual traffic patterns. If this counter jumps by 100 every hour, the customer is regularly exceeding their contracted burst limits.
