What is adnAtmVplTrmPcrClpZero?
This OID stores the maximum transmission rate (cells per second) for only the high-priority (Cell Loss Priority=0) traffic leaving this VPL. Engineers care about this separate limit because high-priority traffic (e.g., voice) gets better protection than low-priority traffic (e.g., data), and must be shaped independently. For instance, if TrmPcrClpZero is set to 5,000 cells/sec, voice calls can reserve up to 5,000 cells/sec while data uses the remaining capacity.
