What is adnAtmVplTrmMbsClpZero?
This OID sets the maximum burst size (in cells) for only high-priority traffic leaving the VPL, protecting voice and video from burst-induced drops while still allowing their SCR-defined sustained rate. Engineers tune this to ensure critical applications don't lose packets to burst penalties on the transmit side. A value of 500 cells means high-priority traffic can exceed its SCR by up to 500 cells before the network starts dropping packets.
