What is adnAtmVplTrmMbsAggregate?
This OID sets the maximum burst size (in cells) for all traffic leaving the VPL, defining how much data can exceed the SCR before being dropped. Engineers configure this to allow brief traffic spikes (file transfers, acknowledgments) while protecting network stability on the outgoing direction. For example, MBS of 1,000 cells permits a burst 1,000 cells above the SCR limit before cells are discarded.
