What is adnAtmVplTransferCapability?
This OID lists the ATM Transfer Capabilities (ATC) that the Virtual Path Link is licensed or configured to carry—such as CBR, rt-VBR, nrt-VBR, ABR, or UBR. Engineers need to know these capabilities to ensure applications can reserve the right service class on each VPL. For instance, if a VPL advertises only CBR capability, a video-streaming application (which needs VBR) will be rejected unless the VPL is reconfigured.
