What is adnAtmVplRcvScrClpZero?
This OID stores the sustainable reception rate (cells per second) for only high-priority traffic arriving on the VPL, protecting voice and video from being squeezed by data on the inbound side. Engineers configure this to guarantee a minimum sustained capacity for critical traffic regardless of what lower-priority traffic does. A value of 4,000 cells/sec ensures high-priority data always has at least that rate available, even when burst traffic arrives simultaneously.
