What is adnAtmVplRcvScrAggregate?
This OID stores the long-term sustainable reception rate (cells per second) for all incoming traffic on the VPL. Engineers set this to allow the receiving end to sustain an average load without buffer overflow or congestion loss on the inbound direction. For example, if RcvScrAggregate is 6,000 cells/sec, the remote endpoint can send an average of 6,000 cells/sec indefinitely without triggering network policing.
