What is adnAtmVplRcvPcrClpZero?
This OID stores the maximum reception rate (cells per second) for only high-priority traffic arriving on the VPL. Engineers configure this to ensure voice and video calls don't exceed the incoming network's capacity on this path, preventing excessive drops or retransmissions. For instance, setting RcvPcrClpZero to 8,000 cells/sec limits high-priority inbound traffic to that rate while lower-priority traffic gets any remaining capacity.
