What is adnAtmVplRcvPcrAggregate?
This OID stores the maximum cell reception rate (cells per second) for all incoming traffic on this VPL regardless of priority class. Network engineers monitor and configure this to control how much traffic the VPL accepts from the remote endpoint without dropping. For example, RcvPcrAggregate of 15,000 cells/sec means the VPL drops any incoming traffic exceeding 15,000 cells/sec.
