What is adnAtmVpiVccPerfTrmAllocBwVccs?
This counter measures the allocated transmit bandwidth for all Virtual Channel Connections on a VPI (Virtual Path Identifier) that has bandwidth limiting enabled. Engineers monitor this to ensure the bandwidth limit on a specific VPI is being enforced and to track individual VCC bandwidth usage within that path. A value of 10000 kilobits per second means VCCs on this VPI have 10 Mbps of transmit bandwidth allocated.
