What is adnAtmVpiVccPerfRcvAllocBwVccs?
This counter measures the allocated receive bandwidth for all Virtual Channel Connections on a VPI that has bandwidth limiting enabled. Engineers track this to monitor inbound bandwidth consumption on a specific VPI and ensure bandwidth limits are being enforced properly. A value of 15000 kilobits per second indicates VCCs on this VPI are using 15 Mbps of receive bandwidth.
