Module: ADN-MIB
OID (symbolic): ADN-MIB::adnAtmVpi
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.637.3.1.6.5.14
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: INTEGER
Access: read-only
Description: Virtual Path Index (VPI) value on the ATM interface. Always significant.
What is adnAtmVpi?
This OID holds the Virtual Path Index (VPI) value assigned to an ATM interface, which is always significant (always has a meaningful value). Network engineers reference this when setting up or troubleshooting ATM permanent or switched virtual connections because VPI is the first part of the VPI/VCI addressing scheme. For example, a VPI value of 1 with VCI 32 creates a unique virtual circuit identifier for routing ATM cells.
