What is adnAtmVclType?
This OID indicates the type of virtual channel link (permanent PVC, switched SVC, or soft-PVC) determining if the connection is statically provisioned or dynamically created. Network engineers check this to understand the operational model and whether the link will survive a network restart. For example, a VCL type of "PVC" means the connection was manually configured and will persist until manually deleted, unlike an SVC that disappears when terminated.
