What is adnAtmVclTrmTagging?
This OID controls whether tagging is enabled on Cell Loss Priority (CLP) 0 traffic in the transmit direction, marking cells that exceed the traffic contract. Engineers enable this feature to identify and separate out-of-contract traffic so it can be deprioritized without affecting compliant data. For example, setting this to 'enabled' means any cells exceeding the negotiated rate are tagged with lower priority so they can be dropped first under congestion.
