What is adnAtmVclTrmPcrAggregate?
This OID stores the maximum rate (in cells per second) at which this VCL can transmit data in both high and low priority queues combined, measured at the switch's transmit port. Engineers monitor and configure this to prevent congestion and ensure the switch never sends more traffic out the interface than the carrier link can handle. For example, a value of 149,760 cells/second on a 155 Mbps ATM link means traffic is rate-limited to respect line speed limits.
