What is adnAtmVclTrmMbsClpZero?
This OID records the maximum burst capacity for only the high-priority cells on the transmit side, allowing short periods of peak-rate transmission for time-sensitive traffic. A network engineer configures this smaller than the aggregate MBS to ensure low-priority cells still get a fair share even during high-priority bursts. For example, if aggregate MBS is 200 cells but CLP=0 MBS is 80 cells, then at most 80 of those 200 burst cells can be high-priority traffic.
