What is adnAtmVclTrmMbsAggregate?
This OID defines the maximum number of cells the VCL can transmit in a single burst (combining all traffic priorities) before it must back off to the sustained cell rate. Engineers use this to limit the size of sudden traffic spikes, protecting other users' VCLs from getting starved by a single aggressive connection. For instance, a maximum burst size of 100 cells means the VCL can send 100 cells back-to-back at peak rate, then must resume averaging the sustained rate.
