What is adnAtmVclTrmBwWeighting?
This OID specifies how much of the available transmit bandwidth a VCL is 'weighted' for during congestion, expressed as a percentage (for example, 10% for low-priority applications, 50% for critical ones). Engineers use bandwidth weighting to create fair-queuing behavior, where bandwidth is shared proportionally across multiple VCLs competing for the same physical link. For instance, if two VCLs have weights of 30% and 70%, during congestion the second one receives more of the available bandwidth.
