What is adnAtmVclRcvScrClpZero?
This OID sets the acceptable sustained rate for high-priority inbound cells, protecting the local switch from being overwhelmed by continuous high-priority traffic from the remote side. Engineers configure this to ensure even critical traffic is policed and doesn't monopolize the receive buffer. A typical configuration might sustain 12,000 cells/sec of CLP=0 traffic inbound, allowing bursts up to PCR but averaging at SCR.
